Experience the DIFFERENCE

The BIG Question....What Works? What is missing from YOUR program that you need to succeed?

I am the Creator of the Motivation Fitness program. I have the experience of working at two of the largest Bootcamps in the area and learning from them what not to do with my own program. Don't get me wrong, any program that gets you moving is a positive one. But to really maximize your results you need a program like ours. One that gets progressively harder but maintains the most important key ingredient....MOTIVATION.

Let's face it.....most of us know what to do. Work out and eat what's the problem? Well the problem is we don't want to, or the temptations to eat what tastes good or is convenient sounds way better than a 5k run or pushups and squats.

I get that.

So how do WE ensure you GET that MOTIVATION that is sooooo key? We get to know you! The way a Personal Trainer should. We get to know your strengths, weaknesses, goals and put a plan together for YOUR success. We keep our classes small to make sure you get this attention. Your instructor is able to talk to you and communicate via email to keep you on track. You miss classes without letting your instructor know? We WILL notice, and contact you.

So if you know you can handle motivating yourself then any program will work for you. But for the majority of people that Motivation is the missing ingredient. The one thing that can make "this" time different. And why not give yourself that little extra? Especially when its the same or less in price!
